Making Tax Digital is a government initiative designed to promote better and more timely record-keeping to reduce errors and mistakes. Currently, the initiative only covers VAT, however, from April 2026, a new system is to be introduced by HMRC for Income Tax. The MTD for Income Tax will apply to self-employed individuals and landlords with annual combined business or property income of more than £50,000.

To help you prepare, our team will be hosting free 30-minute drop-in sessions on Tuesday, 7 October. This is your chance to:

  • Ask us anything about the MTD for IT changes
  • Understand how the changes may affect you
  • Get practical advice on what to do next

Where can we park?
