This six week course will take place every Monday from 7-8pm.
It is designed to help you reset and refresh your body in time for Spring. You will learn asanas to release stress, detoxify & rejuvenate the body, and essential breathing techniques to calm the mind. Plus the fundamentals of ashtanga vinyasa yoga, including Sun salutations A & B (core of ashtanga primary series), key asanas (poses) from the standing & seated sequence, along with their drishti (gaze points).
You will also learn the vinyasa flow elements, (breath to movement), helping you to develop your practise and improve fitness and overall health of mind and body.
This class is sutiable for beginner to intermediate. You will be able to develop and your deepen practise during this course. Feedback, advice, guidance & assistance will be offered in class to help students progress and to those wanting feedback on request individually. Mats are provided.

Terms and conditions:
Places will be confirmed upon full receipt of payment. All places are non-refundable upon booking. If a person is unable to attend due to a physical injury or illness or as a result of a change of circumstances, 50% of course fee will be refunded, if notified at least one week before course start date, so as to enable that place to be filled again, or an alternative course date will be offered to attend in the future.
Payment price details: There is a booking fee which I take on of £2.69 per person, which is deducted from the £50.00. Total you pay for six weeks £47.31.
