Overview
Have you got a product you want to sell but you’re not sure where to start? This series will guide you through what you need to consider to get ready to sell.
In this session we will look at how to cost and price your work and understand your value. The session will cover:
- what do you need to consider when selling to shops and galleries,
- deciding on your pricing model
- calculating your prices (cost / wholesale / retail),
- how to make decisions and changes around pricing and production.
This session will be led by Patricia van den Akker, Director of The Design Trust, the online business school for designers, makers & other creative professionals.
