Whatever third sector model you have chosen to deliver your social outcomes you will need to make it sustainable. That means looking at the business with a commercial hat on. Whilst that seems counter intuitive after all, you are delivering a social outcome. Yet, none of us can be philanthropic if we are not making a living in the first place. This event has five short presentations with 10 top tips from the expert presenters, each followed by a facilitated small group discussion on how you might apply the tips within your own organisation.
This event is designed for Bournemouth based charities and social enterprises that want to improve their sustainability in delivering an impact. This includes chief executives and their senior management team, finance directors as well as trustees.
The networking lunch is being provided to which our local third sector support agencies are also being invited. There is no charge for this event as it has been sponsored by JPMorgan, Bournemouth Council and Bournemouth 2026. However, it is not without cost so please, if you say you are going to join us please do join us. If you are unable to attend after all, please would you let us know to release your ticket. They are limited.
