About this Event

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The programme will be delivered via 3 workshops, each of 3 hours, on the following dates in 2020:

· Thursday 24th September

· Thursday 1st October

· Thursday 8th October

In addition, there will be a short introductory assignment to help you think about your business, your customers, and the changes you need or want to make as a result of the programme. This will be issued on Thursday 17th September.

2 tutors in each workshop will support your learning and offer real-world experience to guide your learning journey.

Each workshop offers a blend of:

· Information, inspiration, tips, and tools

· Celebrating what is best about your business so you can make your customers fall in love with it too

· Sharing experience and ideas

· Putting the learning into action in your business, with immediate tangible impact
