• 👋 Check-in (2 mins): Quick round-robin. Example: “One word to describe your energy today.”
• 🎯 Goal Sharing (8 mins): Name one clear, doable task you'll focus on.
(Example: “Edit the intro of my short story” not “Work on story.”)

💻 Silent, focused work time. Cameras optional. Mics off. We all work in sync.
