THE FORMAT:

‘Get Sh*t Done’ is the event that celebrates those that dare to do it. Started in 2017, these events have taken place regularly over the years to bring inspiration and more importantly brainstorm interesting ways everyone can help each other out.

For those of you who don’t know, the event has a unique format at its heart. Split into two parts, it opens with an in-depth panel discussion with our speakers (see below)

Then, it’s your turn! Whether you’re dealing with a challenge at work, looking to take your project to the next level, or brainstorming your next big idea, you’ll have the chance to ask the whole room how we can help you. Then we’ll all work together to come up with solutions 🤛

OUR PANELLISTS:

Matthew Bushby – CMO at Rightmove, formerly at Just Eat.

A senior marketing leader with deep experience across online marketplaces, subscription models, and high-growth environments. He’s helped businesses adapt to new marketing and operating approaches — blending structured strategy with real creative firepower.

Isabel Sierra y Gómez de León – Head of EMEA Brand Studio at Adobe.

An award-winning creative executive working at the intersection of data, tech, and transformation. Isabel is known for turning creative thinking into tangible business results — and for leading teams through deep shifts with agility, imagination, and impact.

Jennifer Stephens (Roebuck) – CMO / Web3 / AI Growth Strategist

With 25+ years across fashion, finance, food, and frontier tech, Jennifer has scaled businesses from £1M to £100M+. A co-founder of Tortilla, she now works across crypto, blockchain and AI — bridging brand, tech, and finance to help teams deliver creative growth that actually performs.

Between them, they’ve helped scale global businesses, launched new categories, and led brand transformations that changed the way companies work.

This event will be hosted by Rebecca Rowntree, AI creative technologist, Keynote speaker and founder of Get Sh*t Done.

Since launching in 2017, Get Sh*t Done has sold out events, built a 550+ creative member WhatsApp group, and hosted some of the most exciting voices in creativity, marketing and innovation — all with a focus on action, not just inspiration.
