Young people are the future of Scotland, and it’s a team effort to support them to prepare for the world of work. At DYW, we have witnessed the positive impacts of work inspiration and preparation activities, work placements and more. By engaging with young people in education, businesses and organisations can help young people to understand and develop the skills needed to succeed in the world of work. Engagement with education can also benefit businesses and organisations by providing access to a diverse pool of future talent, enabling industry to take a lead role in inspiring young people and shaping the future workforce.

This free training workshop is designed to support individuals who currently engage with or would like to engage with young people in schools and colleges, or in the workplace. The webinaraims to increase confidence in engaging with young people, providing you with top tips on planning and delivering activities in schools or colleges.
