Get Switched Om - How to Feel Awesome in April (and all year)

Stop...take a breath...now...how can you use just a few moments to make yourself feel awesome?
April is a great time to get moving and increase our energy for the summer.
This two-hour workshop will explore ways in which we can create and use small spaces in our day to help lift our energy and feel at our best. The workshop will include a mindfulness practice, some self-awareness exercises and some office yoga poses to help boost energy levels whenever and wherever you need, helping you become more 'Switched Om'.
The price includes refreshments and handouts.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Clayton Hotel is really close to Cardiff Central Station and many bus routes. There is nearby parking such as the John Lewis car park.
What do I need to wear/bring?
You can wear whatever you like - the gentle yoga poses can be adapted to any clothes, but less restrictive clothes can be more comfortable. You don't need to bring anything.
