This 2-hour experience is all about unlocking your waistline, owning your movement, and feeling confident. Whether you're a beginner or just need a warm-up before road, we’ll break down the foundations of whining from isolations to flow and control.

Expect:Waistline drills, technique breakdowns, live Soca to keep your waist moving non-stop. A safe, hype, and supportive space to let go, learn, and level up. Plus: vibes, sweat, and a whole lot of waistline!

Whether you're prepping for Notting Hill or just wanna learn the art of whining this session is for you. Come catch a vibe!
