How long is the session?

2 hours, inclusive of time taken to get changed. We start with a 30 minute bank based session on how to make a more informed decision and then for the next 90 minutes, you will be in the water.

How do I let SNI know I am unable to attend at short notice?

Do I need to have any prior experience of Stand Up Paddleboarding or Kayaking?

No. Sessions are specifically designed for beginners of both sport with no experience.

Do I get a certificate at the end of the session?

Yes, upon completion of the session, you will be awarded the CANI/British Canoeing Award ‘Paddle Safer’. This will be emailed to you at some point after your session.
