FESTIVAL SCHEUDLE
First Half — Get Your Kits Out (GYKO): 11:00 – 16:00
Daytime brings together a grassroots marketplace, DJ sets and Team Talks with special guests. Expect upcycled football fashion, limited-edition women’s merch, prizes and more. Families welcome - all ages (under 16's must be accompanied by an adult) Entry: Free advance tickets or £2 on the door.
Half-Time: Follow our local map guide to the Who Are Ya? photographic exhibition at Ropes and Twines and other venues (TBA). All exhibition spaces are free to visit and don't require a ticket, it’s the perfect chance to grab some food and drink before the night kicks off.
Second Half — Get Your Kits Out Out (GYKOO): 19:00 – 00:00
Nighttime we are getting our kits out out, so expect a fashion presentation featuring Grassroots style for Autumn/Winter, Team Talks, and curated DJ sets from 'YeahItsRenee' (line-up TBA) full volume sounds till midnight. Strictly over-18s.Entry: £12 advance tickets. Free (Pay It Forward tickets) are also available—no questions asked—for low-income, disabled, carers and companions.
Created by Jacqui McAssey and Zoë Hitchen, co-creators of GIRLFANS, GYKOF was launched in 2024 as an off-pitch celebration of grassroots football culture.
The festival champions women’s, non-binary, grassroots and under-represented fan culture, with a focus on the DIY spirit and community energy rooted in Liverpool.

Yes. Fabric Studios is on the ground floor with step-free entry throughout. Doors are wide, ramps are available if needed, and there’s an accessible toilet with baby-changing facilities on-site.
The nearest station is Liverpool Lime Street, a 10-minute walk away - even less in a taxi.
Yes! While Fabric Studios doesn’t offer on-site parking, there are paid car parks just a short walk away.
Absolutely. Free companion/carer tickets are available just select “Access Ticket” at checkout or drop us a line.
