Around 1 in 3 men and half of women are not achieving recommended levels of activity for good health, with people with long term conditions twice as likely to be amongst the least active. The ‘Year of Health and Wellbeing’ campaigns for organisations to support their staff to prioritise their health including being more physically active. This workshop will help you understand:

· Why physical activity is important for your physical and emotional wellbeing

· How to integrate moving more into your work and life

· How to have physical activity conversations
