London Resilient Communities Programme – including meeting the Funder!London Resilient Communities is a new London Resilience funded programme designed to empower communities and strengthen resilience across the city. The programme will build on the first ever London Community Resilience Toolkit and pilot project exploring the development of Community Resilience Hubs.
