Karen Woolley is the Development Manager for the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) for Staffordshire and the West Midlands. She has a career spanning some 42 years and has experience gained in working as a Lloyds broker, with responsibility for high risks such as the Dubai Transport Corporation, before qualifying in Law and practicing commercial property law and then moving on to work for FSB.

Karen has a strong empathy for those starting and running their own business, and the challenges this presents on a daily basis, and is passionate about all things small but perfectly formed in the world of small businesses!
