Our guest speaker Professor Ros Searle, Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Psychology at Coventry University and a much in-demand media commentator on trust in organisations, will explain how people look for trust and build resilience and how psychological principles can be applied to help enhance organisational performance, engagement and well-being. Discussion will focus both on a case study of an Oil and Gas organisation but also outlining some of the challenges for the community and society around the industry.
Dr John McGurk, Head of CIPD Scotland will draw on CIPD findings, practical research and resources designed to support HR deliver its essential role of supporting organisations to demonstrate trustworthiness during challenging times.
