A webinar on the topic of Getting Ready for Employment with the lovely Morwenna.
Morwenna is our Lead Peer Support Practitioner at Autism Oxford. In addition to this Morwenna is a Workplace Specialist who utilises her experience as an Autistic adult and background in HR to ensure Autistic individuals thrive at work. Morwenna also runs her own workplace consultancy with a passion for supporting Neurodivergent employees.
What does a Workplace Specialist do?
Working closely with Neurodivergent individuals and organisations, providing support and guidance to employees and employers on reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010 within the workplace and throughout the recruitment process.
What can I expect from this webinar?
To gain insight and understanding of potential reasonable adjustments that can be implemented in the workplace. Focusing on Autistic strengths in the workplace, looking at your own potential and how you can use those strengths in the work environment.
To develop an understanding of the recruitment process, interview tips and how to find the right job for you.
This webinar is aimed at Autistic adults and teens. Professional’s welcome.
