Getting started on social media and Microsoft teams
Who should attend:
This course is aimed at community groups and voluntary organisations delivering support/services in Shropshire.
Overview:
Social media is the easiest way to reach out and inform communities about what you do and to promote your organisation, but not all of us realise how easy it can be to use. If you want to start this journey, then come and learn how to set up and use these tools safely and effectively.
Learning outcomes:
- Set up and manage social media accounts across 2 well-used platforms.
- Reflect on the principles of data protection and privacy laws, relevant to social media use.
- Use Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration within your organisation and your stakeholders.
