Facilitated by NCT Practitioners, this session will provide an opportunity to explore and discuss how breastfeeding might look in the early days and how to get off to the best start.

"Getting started" workshop will explore:

1. What to expect at the beginning of your breastfeeding journey.
2. How to identify things are going well .
3. Bring awareness of how babies attach at the breast and how that affects milk supply.
