About this event

We are offering two online events for anyone working in any role in social services who is interested in understanding basic Quality Improvement tools and techniques, how to get started, where to find resources and how to access learning opportunities. These events are the same so you only need to sign up for one of them.

By the end of the event, you will:

· know what Quality Improvement is

· understand the Model for Improvement

· know where to find resources and learning to support you

· consider how Quality Improvement can support the work that you do.

If demand is high, we may limit registrations to two per organisation.
