Getting started with social media

This is an interactive workshop that will guide you through the main forms of social media in use by retailers. The workshop will show you how to decide which social media platforms are likely to work best for your business and use real life examples to illustrate how they are used to best effect. Finally, you will learn how to plan your social media activity to fit with your other marketing campaigns and learn about tools and templates that will save you time in launching your social media campaigns.
