You’ll learn tried-and-tested productivity hacks designed for SME life—plus a quick-start guide to using AI to automate the small stuff and stay laser-focused on what moves the needle. No tech skills required—just curiosity and the willingness to work smarter, not harder.

Delivered by Innovation Director Julie Creffield, who has 30 years of business experience 12 of which have been as a soloparent, with the odd (OK SIX) marathon thrown in for good measure. She will share proven time management strategies from her book How NOT to be Broke.
