This is a 3-hour Taster Session that showcases evalu8d's coaching skills.
After introducing attendees to our award winning coaching process we then drill down into the how to use our coaching tools in Performance Appraisals/Reviews.
Specifically, we address how to structure a performance review to ensure the employee is more engaged.
We also look at how to coach High, Medium and Low performers.
