New Deputy & Assistant Headteachers, teachers with leadership responsibilities – please see below for non-subscription schools.
The course structure (over three sessions) will explore a range of leadership aspects, including: leadership styles and what style you tend to use most; self-evaluation and the evidence needed to showcase an accurate and knowledgeable picture; planning and undertaking a school-improvement project and feeding back on the project findings. There will be opportunities to question and provide feedback to others in the group.
