Description

This session will provide detailed analysis of research into employer experience and attitudes towards working with employability and skills programmes and providers. The session will highlight some recent research findings, provide an international context, and progress to discussion of the applications of this research in the operational context.

Dr Jo Ingold, Leeds University Business School draws on recent research on employer engagement in employability and skills programmes in the UK and Denmark, funded by the Economic and Social Research Council

Tony Carr, Catch22 offers insights on employer engagement, drawing on experience from a range of roles and sectors
