100 years of Klein and post-Kleinian developments
We are pleased to launch a major new series of online events of various types exploring key Kleinian and post-Kleinian concepts (1925-2025).
The series begins on Saturday 8 November with an introductory event with David Bell and Francesca Hume. At this event we will outline the structure of the series and then map the landscape of Kleinian and post-Kleinian thinking.
The series was conceived in response to the frequently expressed wish from colleagues to deepen their understanding of Kleinian concepts and to understand more about their evolution over time. It is hoped that the series will inspire analytic developments and push forward current thinking.
We look forward to welcoming anyone with an interest in Kleinian ideas - both beginners and those with more advanced knowledge - and we particularly want to involve participation from our colleagues in the UK and worldwide.
The following dates and speakers can be found below, with more details to come shortly:
- 6th of December - Kate Pugh
- 24th of January - Maria Rhode
- 7th of February - Judith Jackson
- 4th of March - Cathy Bronstein
All registered attendees will receive a link to the recording following the live event once it has been edited which will be valid for two weeks following the event. These events will be in English
