About this event

Pensions Online has unexplored assets and attributes that enhance and support the the decision making process and challenges faced by Scheme Members.

This workshop also explores ways in which Employers can deliver empowerment to their NHS Pension Scheme Members to ensure their Employees undertake a critical path of action.

This includes making decisions built upon a platform of enhanced understanding and awareness therefore ensuring Scheme Members make an “informed choice” in respect of their individual pension arrangements.

In addition, the session explores ways in which Pensions Online data can significantly enhance existing Workforce & Succession Planning protocols.

All NHS Employers must ensure that they are fully compliant with their “Employer Obligations” and it is important to note that the outsourcing of the Payroll and/or the Pension function does not discharge these legal obligations.

As a Scheme Administrator., we will demonstrate how Employers can sustain compliance with their legal obligations.

This session will also look at the submission of the Pension Year-End process
