Event Details

Has your organisation declared a climate change emergency? Where are you on your journey towards environmental sustainability?

Climate change is real, whether we like it or not and while the growing climate emergency is certainly a global issue, the effects of global warming and environmental destruction are already being felt much closer to home.

Tackling climate change has to be a team sport. No individual or organisation can go it alone.

This event is an opportunity to get involved with like-minded people from across the local public sector to join the conversation and lead the way in championing a more sustainable future for our places and communities.

There will be an opportunity to listen to what others are doing and to share your thoughts around climate change and how we can engage residents, businesses, and colleagues in our own organisations to move towards carbon-neutrality in a practical, forward thinking, and transparent way.

This event provides a unique opportunity to share skills, experience, and expertise with everyone who has an interest in climate change.
