Getting to Know GIRFEC: what Getting it Right for Every Child means for Children and Young People
Training for Trainers' Workshop
This free training event, delivered jointly by GCVS Everyone’s Children Project and the Health and Social Care Alliance GIRFEC team, is designed to help those working in this field to better understand GIRFEC, and to be able to deliver GIRFEC information sessions to parents and children.
Please note that this event is reserved for Third Sector organisations working with children, young people and families in Glasgow, with a maximum of two members from each organisation.
GCVS (Glasgow Council for the Voluntary Sector) is the main development agency and advocate for voluntary and community organisations in Glasgow and a key partner in Glasgow’s Third Sector Interface.
GCVS owns and operates the Albany Learning and Conference Centre. Since opening in 2008, GCVS has delivered it's training and customised learning by Third Sector experts.
The Albany Centre is a welcoming venue for meetings, events and conferences. Our rooms are all light, airy and fully equipped and can be arranged to meet your needs. And our professional, welcoming staff will be available before your event and on the day to make sure that everything goes perfectly!
