About this event
Whether you are new to sewing, have a new machine, or are just a bit rusty, this course will set you on the right track!
We will discuss different machines, their features, and how to use all those medieval torture devices that come with them!
Bring your own machine or use one of ours - we will discuss trouble shooting, simple maintenance and suitable stiches for different fabrics.
Bring your own lunch or buy locally – there’s a great market, supermarkets and cafes on our doorstep
In the afternoon, we will look at different sewing techniques, tips to get you started and tricks to elevate your sewing to the next level.
We will be a small group, so there will be plenty of opportunity for questions and individual help.
