Who can attend this event?

Accepted Answer

All participants must be Sikh, aged 35 to 55, single and a UK resident.

Question 2

Do participants have to reach a certain level of 'religiousness' in order to attend the event?

Accepted Answer

No. The event is welcome to all Sikhs (aged 35 to 55) regardless of how 'practicing' they are. Please note, all men and women attending must wear a form of head covering throughout the event.

Question 3

What do I need to bring on the day?

Accepted Answer

Email confirmation of your purchased ticket under your own name and one form of photo ID e.g. UK drivers licence or passport.

Question 4

How many people will be attending the event?

Accepted Answer

We will not know the exact figures of attendance until the day of the event due to last-minute bookings. We always do our upmost to provide a balance of males to females, but we cannot guarantee this and accept no responsibility of an uneven ratio. All attendees attend at own risk.

Question 5

What happens if I paid for a ticket but then cannot attend?

Accepted Answer

If you cannot attend after purchasing a ticket, unfortunately no refunds will be given and tickets cannot be transferred to any future events or third parties.

Question 6

What is your refunds policy?

Accepted Answer

All bookings are final and non-refundable regardless of whether a suitable match is found or not. If you are refused entry due to not bringing valid ticket confirmation or photo ID, refunds will not be given. If you are refused entry due to arriving late, refunds will not be given.
