Ghost Hunt at Margam Castle, Port Talbolt

Margam Castle Ghost Hunt/Paranormal Investigation

One of the most well known and exciting places to investigate and hold a ghost hunt in is Margam castle near Port Talbolt, South Wales. This beautiful Victorian castle was built over a 10 year period and completed in 1840 in a Tudor Revival style and is a beautiful building to see. Sadly, many if not all of the oriiginal features have since gone, but for the saving grace of an imposing gothic or even vampirish style staircase that greets you once you pass the main heavy wooden doors. There are many rooms within the castle to explore as well as the main staircase, it will certainly be a busy night. However, we will also be venturing out into the gardens and down to the ruins and the church.

Member's of the UBS team have investigated Margam Castle on seperate occassions and had many different and also similar expereiences during their time there. The expereiences reported have been anything from heavy foot steps in various locations within the castle. Figures and shadows have been seen on the staircase and other rooms. Light anomalies and quick tempreture changes are another recurrence. One of the best exeriences was during an experiment with spirits turning a torch off and on to answer questions. Although there is never any guarantee with what we will experince on the night, Margam Castle and the spirits inside and out, have always interacted and this is one place we are really excited about going too.

During your ghost hunt you will be able to experience glass divination, table tipping and a human pendulum experiment. Plus for those comfortable enough spirit boards can be used to help your communication with the spirit world. Also, you will have all of our up-to-date ghost hunting gadgets to use whilst you carry out your ghost hunt. You can take part in loan vigils and spirit call-outs around the location, just you a voice recorder and for a life line we will give you a walky talkie, incase you get too scared. We will also have a manned monitor for observations for the various cameras we will place around the castle and taking notes as well as filming the experiments that take place during the night.

This event is for those aged 18 years old and over and tickets for this amazing ghost hunt are just £49.00 per person.

There is plenty of parking in front of the castle.

Refreshments i.e, tea, coffee, buscuits are provided by United by Spirit but guests are welcome to bring thier own refreshments.

Please wear sensible flat shoes/boots and bring a torch, although we have spares if required.
