We’re excited to invite you to Gifted Norwich: A VCSE Networking Event & Gift Exchange, taking place on the evening of Wed 10th September at Norwich Unity Hub, Carrow House from 4pm to 6pm.This unique event, hosted in partnership with New-U, FUSE Network, and Voluntary Norfolk, as part of the Empowering Communities Partnership will bring together charities, community groups, and social enterprises from across Norfolk to connect, collaborate, and access some great resources for free!
How it works:
Every attendee is invited to ‘gift’ a skill, service, or resource—something your organisation can offer to support others. In return, you’ll receive a surprise gift from another VCSE group/business! Gifts will be randomly given out on the night as a fun way to spark new connections. There will be plenty of time afterwards to chat, meet your ‘gifter’ or ‘giftee’, and even swap gifts to find your perfect match. Refreshments will be provided throughout the evening.
🎁 Gifts already donated include:
- An Emergency First Aid Course donated by KM First Aid
- An Upcycling Workshop with New-U
- 2 hours of accessible Social Media Content training with Impact with Lou
- A Virtual Assistant service (equivalent to 2 hours) donated by Sterling Virtual Assistant Services
- £150 voucher from Homely blinds and Shutters towards a community space upgrade
To close the evening, we’ll also be holding a raffle of wellbeing gifts. We hope these will support both yours and your team's wellbeing.
