Join us for some festive fun with crafter and workshop leader Heather Blair!
We'll be working with foraged foliage from the Garden to create beautiful Christmas wreaths - for your own door or as gifts for loved ones.
The workshop will start with a mindful walk through the Garden, where we will engage our senses by appreciating the colours and textures of our surroundings. Together, we will reflect and share stories on the changing seasons, the end of the year, and our connection to the land and the gifts it provides throughout the year.
After a light lunch, Heather will demonstrate a practical and easy-to-follow wreath binding technique. Participants will then have the opportunity to make their own Christmas wreaths to take home.
No prior experience is required for this workshop, but please bring gardening gloves. All other resources and equipment will be provided.
This workshop is recommended for individuals aged 16 and over.
Please meet at the Visitor Centre on arrival.
