Gin and Vermouth are two sides of the same coin. Taste them both and then pair them in three deliciously different cocktails.
About this event
Start with a guided tasting of some English Vermouth, led by In the loop drinks director Gnina, followed by a taster of Brighton gin with a member of their team.
Then try your hand in making (and drinking) three very different Gin and Vermouth cocktails. First up is a delicate peach martini, followed by a deliciously orange Satan's whiskers and finish with a lip-smacking Gimlet sours.
Snacks and water will be provided throughout the class and recipe cards will be given at the end so you can make them all again at home.
You must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket.

We have space for a maximum of 15 people.
The venue is at Brighton gin's new venue on 35a Vale road, Portslade, Brighton, BN41 1GD. It's super accessible by public transport being just off Boundary road where the buses stop, and only a few minutes from Portslade train station. There is limited parking on site in front of the building and although it's free on-street parking it can be tricky to find a space, plus you will be drinking, so public transport is advised.
