Free items included with tickets are only valid for attendees - These cannot be claimed on behalf of another ticket holder.

What’s included with my ticket price?

Your ticket includes entry to the event, a free drink and snack, your own branded G&R Festival cup to take home, a satchel to carry it in, a reusable stainless-steel straw and an exclusive G&R guide on arrival. Complimentary samples from our guest distillers are also free of charge!

Our Festival is suitable for all gin and rum lovers!

If you’re thirsty for knowledge or just want to party the night away, the Gin & Rum Festival is for you! Discover new favourites with samples from our hand-picked guest distillers, treat yourself at our themed bars, and let your hair down!

What kind of drinks are available?

You will be spoilt for choice with over 120 of the best gins and rums on the market! Still not convinced that gin and rum are for you?  Just head over to our Cocktail bar where you can find a selection of seasonal cocktails, authentic sipping tequilas, beer, and prosecco!

What if I don’t like Gin or Rum?

Still not convinced that Gin and Rum are for you?… No problem! Just head over to our Cocktail bar where you can find a selection of seasonal cocktails, authentic sipping Tequilas, Beer, and of course Fizz!

Question 6

How do I buy drinks?

Accepted Answer

Drink tokens are available to buy at the token station on arrival via cash or card. Each token can be exchanged for a 25ml measure of any gin or rum with a complementary mixer and garnish at any of our bars. Please note, the price of the drink tokens are subject to change.

Question 7

Will there be entertainment, seating and food?

Accepted Answer

Our award-winning resident DJ and live entertainment keep the party going throughout the Festival, and delicious food is available for sale from our on-site venders. Please note that this is not a seated event, although some venues may have some or limited seating available.

Will there be a photographer?

Accepted Answer

The Gin & Rum Festival Team will be taking photographs and video footage throughout the Festival. We would also love for you to post your own photos and tag @GinFestival and #GinandRumFestival

Question 9

Do I need to print my ticket off before I arrive?

Accepted Answer

Your tickets will be emailed to you, you can either print this and bring it with you or display them through a smartphone or tablet, as we scan the QR code. To avoid any delays, please have your ticket ready to be scanned.

Does the ticket have to be used by the person named on it?

Accepted Answer

No, as we understand that some people may purchase tickets as gifts.

If I go out, can I come back in?

Accepted Answer

You are free to come in and out of the Festival, but only during your designated session time.

What if I need a refund?

Accepted Answer

All tickets are non-refundable upon purchase.

Are drink tokens refundable?

Accepted Answer

All drink tokens are non-refundable. If you have unused tokens, these can be used as cash value towards the purchase of a bottle from the Gin & Rum Festival Bottle Shop (located at the Token Station) during the Festival. Please note, the price of the drink tokens are subject to change.

What free snack and drink will I receive with my ticket?

We are proudly sponsored by Love Corn! Each festival attendee will receive a free Love Corn snack bag. The free drink will vary depending on the current festivals sponsor, and thus the drink will often vary between a miniature can/bottle, or a RTD (ready to drink) can. See our T&Cs for more info.
