Ginko Sushi Masterclass

If you love sushi and are wondering how to use a bamboo mat to create the perfect sushi roll, this class is for you.
Yuko would love to share her tips and skills with you.
We offer 'hands-on' experience giving you the confidence to make amazing sushi at home to wow your family and friends!
Yuko starts the course by preparing Japanese sushi rice. She then moves on to teaching how to make the two distinct types of sushi roll: norimaki and uramaki. Once the sushi is made, it's time to relax and eat the sushi along with miso soup, prepared by Yuko. The course then finishes with a light dessert.

And after the cooking class, students will be able to enjoy their dishes (plus bring any leftovers home) with a glass of Prosecco or soft drink. Tea and coffee will also be available during the evening.
