get ready to relive the trauma of the old school bleep test!

128 participants. 4 heats. 8 finalists. 1 winner.

32 racers at a time will go through a series of 100m intervals. each 400m loop equals a new level unlocked. each new level will see a reduction in time between bleeps. make it to the next 100m before the bleep or you will be eliminated. it's last person standing. it's endurance over speed.

first place: £500 lululemon gift card

second place: £250 lululemon gift card

third place: £150 lululemon giftcard

all participants will recieve a free, co-branded lululemon & gayns give it race vest.

Frequently asked questions

Can I choose which heat I will be in?

For ease, we will be putting everyone in their heats. We would like everyone to be there for the whole event, however, if you do need to leave early, please let us know by 3rd Sept and we can put you in an earlier heat.

What do I need to bring?

We will be providing vests to race in, electrolytes, refreshements, coffee and recovery equipment. We would advise you to bring a bottle of water anyway and a snack to refuel. We can't control the great british weather, so please bring sunscreen, a layer for if it's chilly etc.

Do I have to be a certain ability to join?

Absolutely not! It will be a bit of fun and a personal challenge to see which level you make it to and anyone regardless of ability can compete.

Can I bring someone with me?

Unfortunately this is a private with limited capacity and goodies so we have to ensure the capacity is adhered to.
