Join Lindsey of Dorset Forest Bathing on a guided walk around Upton Country Park, where you will be coached in the art of Shinrin-Yoku. Lindsey has a background in conservation and uses basic scientific terms to help you understand how to get the most from your time outdoors in nature.
Forest Bathing originated in Japan when scientists found that time spent in forests, slowing down and tuning into senses was both beneficial to physical health as well as improving emotional wellbeing. They call it Shinrin-Yoku.
