Are you a Stockport business, Third Sector organisation or community group? This is an opportunity for you to network, hear from companies and Third Sector organisations about the benefits they’ve gained from collaboration, and meet other likeminded people to discuss best practices and ideas, and to showcase your successful partnerships and achievements.
Who should attend? Any business or community group who want to make local connections with other community orientated groups and businesses. It’s also ideal if you’ve already formed strong, local cross sector relationships and want to showcase and grow these relationships.
The purpose of the event is to share some ideas about best practices and the benefits to organisations of these relationships; to network and meet other local businesses and organisations; to provide an opportunity for you to talk about some of your successful partnerships and achievements; and to promote partnership working across the third and business sector in Stockport and the surrounding region. We already know from Give2Gain Timebank Third Sector and business members that community connections have led to community support, mutual skills development and have helped create a positive image of companies by boosting their Corporate and Social Responsibility.
