Giving and Getting Feedback (for employees at CRUK only)
For aspiring managers, people managers, matrix managers and project managers
The session will be co-facilitated by Mark Allen (Exec Dir HR). We'll be sharing practical models you can use for giving and receiving feedback. We’ll also introduce research based tips on how to create an environment where people can receive feedback more readily. The speaker will also talk about different ways to recognise people.
This session is aligned to the following Manager Insight questions:
- My line manager gives me regular feedback on how I am doing- My line manager seeks feedback on his/her performance from the team
