About this Event
Our mind and bodies work hard every day in every way to ensure we’re safe and problem-free. With the kind of changes we are going through right now (and have been going through for the last 7-8 months), our mind and bodies will most certainly have been working overtime to navigate all the uncertainties that are up in the air.
In this session, we engage in a guided meditation that builds on giving ourselves love and kindness. We extend a kind feeling to all those parts of us that have been hard at work and reconnect with our bigger picture. We take some time for self-reflection and maybe even make some choices to move forward with.
This is a guided meditation session with space for conversations where time permits.
