This year, we are offering brands the opportunity to enter their products into 7 categories, to be judged by our highly esteemed GLAMOUR Beauty Editors.

Our 10 million plus audience of informed and engaged individuals are. passionate about beauty, they are keen to see the latest beauty innovations and trust the GLAMOUR’s recommendations above all. We set the trend agenda and drive purchase.

There are 7 Editor’s Choice categories; Hair, Skin, Body, Tools/Tech, Wellness, Make-Up and Fragrance.

Judges will be basing their criteria on efficacy, innovation, commitment to diversity/shade range, commitment to sustainability, packaging, quality of ingredients, value for money and ease of use.

Winners and runners up of each category will be celebrated extensively on our website and via social media and will be offered the opportunity to purchase usage rights of the logo for marketing purposes. The GLAMOUR awards are highly regarded in the industry as well as with consumers, making this endorsement highly valuable.

Price is £320 inc VAT, per product entry, per category. Brands are open to enter multiple relevant categories. Please send 2 x physical products per entry and the press release to the below address & email, stating which category the product is intended for:

Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. These Terms and Conditions

1.1 These terms and conditions (the “Terms") are the overarching general terms and conditions that apply to entry to the GLAMOUR POWERLIST AWARDS, promoted by The Condé Nast Publications Limited ("Condé Nast", "we" or "us").

1.2 We may change these Terms at any time. You should check our website regularly for any changes, which will apply from the date that they are uploaded. By entering the GLAMOUR POWERLIST AWARDS you agree that you will be legally bound by these General Terms.

2. Entry to GLAMOUR POWERLIST AWARDS

2.1 All entries must be received on or before 5pm on 8th August 2024.

2.2 All entrants must:

(a) complete the Eventbrite form (one per entry);

(b) pay the entry fee of is £320 inc VAT, per product entry, per category; and

(c) send 2 x physical products per entry to the following address, stating which category the product is intended for: Caroline Hooley, GLAMOUR POWERLIST AWARDS,Condé Nast

2.3 Products must have launched within the stipulated time frames. Entrants are open to enter multiple relevant categories.

2.4 If products are not received in accordance with 2.2(c) above the product will not be judged.

2.5 Subject to suitability and judging criteria, winners of each category will be announced in September (date TBC). The judging panel will assess the products according to a criteria that will include marks for efficacy, innovation, inclusivity, and commitment to GLAMOUR values.

2.6 All our decisions relating to the GLAMOUR POWERLIST AWARDS are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.

3. Products, Photographs & Information

3.1 Entrant will provide all current information about the product and any product information required by law to be disclosed in any sale or advertisement of the Product (“Product Information”). Product Information includes all text, images, photographs, illustrations, and other content made available by or on behalf of the entrant to us. Entrant consents to the use of the Product Information for advertising, marketing and other promotional purposes without additional compensation.

3.2 Entrant grants Condé Nast a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free licence to: (a) use, copy and display the Product Information on or in connection with any website, social media page (or other ecommerce channel); (b) convert to digital form, excerpt, reformat, adapt or otherwise create derivative works of the Product Information; (c) use all trademarks or tradenames included in the Product Information; and (d) sublicense any of the foregoing rights solely as necessary to effectuate such foregoing rights or to administer the Program.

3.3 Entrants acknowledge that we may edit photographs submitted in the entry in our sole discretion;

3.4 Entrants warrant that their entry and the Product Information is accurate, complete and not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights and that they will indemnify us for any loss, damage or liability arising should this turn out not to be true;

3.5 Entrants warrant that they have complied with all applicable laws and governmental regulations relating to the products that are entered into the GLAMOUR POWERLIST AWARDS.

4. Failure To Enforce Terms And Conditions

4.1 A failure by us to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.

5. General

5.1 These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
