Glasgow Gals Thursday Social Ride 19th April
Event Information
Description
Join us for a ladies only bike ride on Thursday evenings to help get you back on the bike. Depending on numbers and abilities we sometimes split into 2rides, a beginners ride going around Glasgow Green and an intermediate ride using the cycle paths of the surrounding area. Come down for 6pm and we do a safety check and are ready to ride 6.30-7.30pm.
Ride with like minded women of all ages and abilities, whether you haven't been on a bike in 20 years or you just haven't been out over the winter.
We have a small number of bikes available to use for a donation of £1.
All rides are run by volunteers who give up their time to help others get cycling.
If you need a bike lesson, please get in touch as we know people who can help and we can get this sorted for you. If you cant ride a bike but want to start, please get in touch with Free Wheel North who teach adults and children how to ride bikes.
