Glass Focus Awards 2017
Thu, 15 Jun 2017, 19:00 – Fri, 16 Jun 2017, 01:00 BST
The Glass Focus Awards showcase the innovation and excellence in glass that underpin our industry’s contribution to the economy, to society and to customers, staff and stakeholders.
This year the award ceremony and black-tie dinner will be held at the Royal Armouries in Leeds on Thursday 15 June 2017. Find out more at www.britglass.org.uk/GFAwards2017
Everyone with a stake in glass is invited – and once again we expect to see entries from, and be joined on the night by glass manufacturers, machinery and materials suppliers, recyclers, product designers and architects, brands and buyers and glass technologists.
You can book tables for ten and individual tickets, with or without hotel accommodation.
The awards themselves will cover areas including product design, sustainability, health and safety, workforce development and more. Visit the British Glass website to see the award categories and how to enter.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Find out more about how your company can get involved.

Should I bring my partner or a friend?
The event will be a relaxed and sociable occasion that anyone can enjoy.
Do I need to know exactly who will be in my party to book for a group?
No. If you're making a group booking but waiting for confirmation of some names, go ahead and book - putting Guest 1 and Guest 2 in as the names - but giving your own email address. Just make sure you update these ahead of the event so we have the right information about access and dietary requirements.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to the event?
The Royal Armouries is located at Leeds Dock, just a short distance from Leeds City Centre.
There is a secure 24hr fully-manned car park, managed by CitiPark, located at Leeds Dock (charges apply).
The address is Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England LS10 1LT.
Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?
You can get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring either your printed ticket or be able to show it on your phone/tablet.
What is the ticket transfer/refund policy?
If things change and you need to pass on your ticket or cancel your place, please contact us immediately.
Up to 18 May 2017 a 70% refund of ticket price is available.
Between 19 May and 1 June 2017 a 50% refund of ticket price is available.
You will not be eligible for a refund after 1 June 2017, tickets may be transferred free of charge.
There is no charge for transferring tickets but we do need to know the name and details of the new delegate and whose name to remove.
The name on the ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Knowing exactly who is due to come, and there on the day, will help with access/dietary requirements, fire safety and event management. So please do ensure each place is booked in the correct name and with accurate supplementary information.
