About this event
Step into a renewed space and experience the flowing practice of vinyasa yoga within a light-filled hidden orangery. Surrounded by natural light, glasshouse_studio offers a peaceful escape in the city - where the outdoors meets indoors.
Whether you’re easing into your week with an energising flow, or winding down into the evening, each session is designed to align breath with mindful movement - releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and creating space to reconnect with yourself.
Monday evening reset | 6.30-7.30pm
Transition from day into the evening with a slower, softer flow. Gently open the body, ease tension, and the stresses of the day away - leaving you grounded, calm, and lighter.
Tuesday morning renew | 9.30-10.30am - paused
Wednesday evening reset/rest | 6.30-7.30pm

Set up your weekend day however you prefer to spend it best. Book end the class with a slow morning, or a 5/10km run, could even head to your favourite brunch or coffee place afterwards... A sunday well spent.

We're here for the summer! Classes will run from May until the end of August.
There will be mats and blocks provided, you can always bring your own. Bring a water bottle, and anything else you would like for your practice.
As it’s a glass structure, the temperature in the orangery can vary depending on the weather and how much sun we get that day. While the space is sheltered, we can’t guarantee a set temperature—so we recommend bringing layers so you can adjust to whatever feels best for you and your practice.
Not to worry - The orangery is fully covered, so you'll still be practicing in the natural light, come rain or shine.

Yes, ample free parking is available as well as sheltered bike storage.

We’re tucked inside a beautiful hidden orangery within the Carrow House grounds. Go through the wooden gates from the road, follow the signs and you'll see the orangery.
Yes please! Spaces are limited and wouldn't want you to miss out. You can book a pay as you go class or save on a series ticket.
