What is included in the retreat ticket?

Your retreat ticket includes access to all four days of the retreat, the Cacao Sound Journey, tea/coffee breaks at Abbey House, and entry to all sacred sites in Glastonbury that require tickets. Please note, accommodation, meals, and travel are not included.

Do I need to attend all four days of the retreat?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This is because we start by creating a safe energetic space for the group so that everyone can feel held and comfortable in order to immerse themselves in the activities. People bringing their energy in and out of this safe space can feel disruptive to some attendees.

Question 3

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a full refund (minus Eventbrite fees) with 30 days' notice. If the event sells out and has a waiting list, we'll try to resell your ticket, but if no replacement is found, we won't be able to offer a refund. For more details, see our cancellation policy.

Question 4

Is this retreat accessible for people with mobility issues?

Accepted Answer

Our retreat room is on the Ground floor at Abbey House with a few steps into the front door. Parking for those less able to walk can be arranged by request. Please contact us at least 3 weeks before if you need this to be arranged (the public car park is 3 minutes walk - please consider this first).

Are the excursions accessible for people with mobility issues?

Accepted Answer

There are excursions to sacred sites, some of which require walking and climbing, such as The Tor. Those with limited mobility may wish to rest during these parts. For our Chalice Well Garden trip, there is parking across the road from the entrance for those less able to walk.

What should I bring for the retreat?

Full details on what to bring will be provided in the information email that you receive with your ticket confirmation. We will also send a reminder 2 weeks before the retreat.

Question 7

Is alcohol allowed at the retreat?

Accepted Answer

No, this is a NO-alcohol event. We ask all participants to honour this, as frequent alcohol use can lower the energetic vibration of the event space.
