The closest station is Woodford on the London Underground Central Line; it’s a 10-minute walk to the venue or you can get Bus 275 from Woodford station [R] alight at Mill Lane bus stop [W] which is a 5-minute walk to the venue.

Yes you can. We cannot allow children in the main auditorium, but we do have limited spaces for childcare for children ages 2-10, please register each child under the age of 10 for a childcare ticket. Children over the age of 10 should register for an adult ticket.

There is no delegate parking on site, but you can park at Sir James Hawkey Hall Car Park - Broomhill Rd, Woodford, Woodford Green IG8 0BG which is just over a 5-minute walk away to the venue.

If you're no longer able to attend please cancel your ticket so that it can be made available to someone who can.

This is a ticketed event so we highly recommend that you get tickets in order to be avoid disappointment. We cannot promise entry to non ticket-holders.

Seats are allocated on a first come first served basis on the event day, we're unable to save seats; so please ensure you arrive early in order to be seated before the event starts. Your tickets are valid until 6:30pm
