Global Justice Now: Travel and Accommodation for Paris Climate Talks
Event Information
Description
Join thousands of climate activists in Paris! Global Justice Now and Friends of the Earth have teamed up to help get people to Paris for the last weekend of the climate talks. We are going to Paris not with any faith that our governments will make a good decision, but with the hope that we can be part of a growing surge to take back control of our energy and stop climate change. We want you to be there with us. So come along.
Eurostar
We will be split across several Eurostar trains from St Pancras International Station, London on Friday 11 December between 08:00 and 12:20.
If you are based in and around London, you will be assigned to an earlier departure time to allow people based further away to travel to London for a later departure.
The return journey from Paris will be spread across several departures on Sunday 13 December, arriving at St Pancras International between 10:40 and 14:10.
If you are travelling as part of a group, we will ensure that you are on the same Eurostar departure. You will be notified of your exact Eurostar times nearer the date.
Accommodation
Accommodation is available in Paris for Friday 11 December and Saturday 12 December.
