This event is about 'From Within, We Rise'!
Duration: 60 Minutes
Structure: Introduction to Self-Transformation, Meditation, Deep Clearing, and Visualization.
This event can help you discover that you are more than a label. It can help you dive deeper and allow you to chip away at the labels you may have placed on yourself, so you can discover your true potential and who you were born to be.
This event is part of a larger journey of discovering yourself by offering a different approach. It guides you through the process of opening yourself up and discovering the reality of your spiritual essence.
This event is prepared from several personal experiences in my quest for deepening spirituality. I’ll take you through my spiritual development journey, where I discovered the many parts of me: my physical form, managing my thoughts, how to express love, how to live life, opening to the light of spirituality, and connecting to unlimited potential. That process helped me discover who I truly am. By sharing my journey with you and encouraging you to walk through similar steps yourself, you, too, will be able to arrive at transformation.

Why do you have to transform into your true self?
....Because if you don’t, you may get caught up and stuck in identities that don’t reflect your highest purpose. You fall into roles without being aware of who you are. And if you remain in these roles for a long time, you may forget you’re meant for something deeper.
Rarely does anyone grow up without being influenced by the outside world. External factors constantly point to you, saying, “This is who you are. This is what you like. These are the characteristics you have and how you should behave.” Other people define or label you, or you may mould yourself into being something, and you don’t have the opportunity to discover who you truly are.
Self-Transformation is a journey—a beautiful journey where you are in the driving seat. You are the person who gets to uncover who you are. It helps you step away from everything unreal and helps you move into that which is true of you. On this journey, you’ll start exploring your true self from the inside out. You’ll realise and bring that essence of who you are meant to be out into the world and live it.
Through this event, you’ll learn and implement observation and questioning practices, leading you to discover who you are meant to be.

This event is carried out via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link on the day.
Please find a quiet place on the day for an hour, where you will not be disturbed by others. You can light a candle, find a comfortable chair to meditate with a warm blanket. A bottle of water is good to keep next to you to help you stay hydrated throughout the session.
